Taekwondo World Championships 1985

The 7th Taekwondo World Championships 1985 took place from September 4 to 8, 1985 in the South Korean capital Seoul . This is the third time that Seoul has hosted Taekwondo World Championships. A total of 8 competitions in different weight classes were held. It was the last world championship in which only men's competitions were held. 280 athletes from 63 countries took part.
