Tahir Kahrovic (born September 29, 1996 in Kassel ) is a German professional boxer. He has been the title holder of the WBC -Youth Intercontinental Cruiserweight Belt since December 8, 2018 . Furthermore, on July 14, 2017, he became Junior World Champion in the identical weight class of the boxing association WBU.

Career as a professional boxer (2016 to today)

Tahir Kahrovic successfully completed his first professional fight at the age of 20 on January 16, 2016 against Srdan Govedarica in Munich. In his first 11 fights, all of which he won, he won 9 prematurely by knockout. With an offensive and agile fighting style, Tahir Kahrovic lived up to his fighting name "Tommy Punch".

In summer 2018 "Tommy Punch" was signed by the former world champion Marco Huck's "MH Boxing" boxing stable . The "MH-Boxing" based in Berlin is also the training and preparation place of Tahir for his fights.

On December 8th, 2018 he was knocked out in the 4th round Youth Intercontinental Champion of the renowned boxing association World Boxing Council in cruiserweight. "Tommy Punch" also dueled on the "Wiesbaden Boxing Night" which was held in the football stadium of SV Wehen Wiesbaden. He won against his Hungarian opponent Norbert Szekeres unanimously on points. On October 12, 2019, Tahir Kahrovic alias "Tommy Punch" was able to defend his title at Marco Huck's event. Tahir Kahrovic has remained undefeated in his previous 16 fights, 11 of which he was able to win by knockout.

In his previous competition preparations, multiple world champions such as Marco Huck and Arthur Abraham are among his sparring partners.
