Taihe County ( Chinese  太和县 , Pinyin Tàihé Xiàn ) is a district in the northwest of the Chinese province of Anhui . It belongs to the administrative area of ​​the prefecture-level city of Fuyang . Taihe has an area of ​​1,882 km² and has a population of around 1.56 million.
