Yingzhou ( Chinese  颍州区 , Pinyin Yǐngzhōu Qū ) is a municipality in the Chinese province of Anhui . It belongs to the administrative area of ​​the prefecture-level city of Fuyang . It has an area of ​​591.3 square kilometers and has a population of around 682,900 (2007). It is the center and seat of the Fuyang City Government.
