The Yingshang District ( Chinese 颍 上 县 , Pinyin Yǐngshàng Xiàn ) is a district in the northeast of the Chinese province of Anhui . It belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city of Fuyang . Yingshang has an area of 1,859 km² and about 1,510,000 inhabitants.
