Takamitsu Ōta ( Japanese 太 田 貴 光 , Ōta Takamitsu ; born July 19, 1970 in Shizuoka Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Ōta learned to play soccer on the school team at Shimizu Commercial High School . He signed his first contract with Fujitsu in 1989 . The club played in the second highest league in the country, the Japan Soccer League Division 2. In 1990 he moved to the first division club Toyota Motors , then in 1992 to Shimizu S-Pulse . The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . In 1992 and 1993 he reached the final of the J.League Cup . For the club, he completed 55 first division games. In 1996 he moved to the second division Consadole Sapporo . In 1997 he was with the club master of the Japan Football League and rose to the J1 League. For the club he completed 43 games. In 1999 he moved to the second division Jatco FC . For the club he completed 64 games. At the end of 2001 he ended his career as a football player.
