Taking on the World is the debut album by the Scottish rock band Gun . It includes 10 songs and was released on July 5, 1989.
successes
The single "Better Days" made it into the top 40 of the UK charts. "Money (Everybody Loves Her)" and "Inside Out" entered the top 100 of the UK single charts. In September 2010 the album was voted one of the 150 best debut albums of all time by Classic Rock magazine.
In October 2014, the album was re-released as a special edition. The 25th Anniversary Edition is equipped with live material and demos.
