Takuya Itō ( Japanese 伊藤 卓 弥 , Itō Takuya ; born December 30, 1976 in Kanagawa Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Itō learned to play football in the youth team of the Yokohama Marinos . He also signed his first contract with the Yokohama Marinos in 1995. The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . With the club he became Japanese champion in 1995 . For the club he completed two top division games. In 1998 he moved to league rivals Cerezo Osaka . At the end of 1999 he ended his career as a football player.
