Talgo Travca , also Talgo L-9202 , is a re- trackable electric locomotive for high-speed traffic developed by Patentes Talgo and Ingeteam . Travca is sometimes also spelled with a hyphen as Trav-ca and is an initial word for the Spanish name Tr en de a lta v elocidad con c ambio de a ncho , in German high-speed train that can be re-tracked . The prototype built in 2005 was christened Virgen del Buen Camino and presented at the InnoTrans in Berlin in 2008 . The vehicle was mainly used to test the re - gauging motor bogies later used in the high-speed trains of the RENFE series 130 . The project was supported by the Spanish Ministry of Economics and Technology.
