Dates and location
The approximately 315 m high reservoir has a maximum surface area of 7,300 km² and a maximum capacity of 1,446 million cubic meters and is surrounded by the mountains of the Montes de Toledo . The dam connects the municipalities ( municipios ) Belvís de Monroy and Valdecañas de Tajo .
Attractions
