Tamer Serbay
Tamer Serbay (* 1947 in Malatya / Turkey ) is a visual artist of Turkish origin in Germany.
He has been a freelance artist since 1982 and published two books on oil painting in 1984 and 1985. In 1995 he won the German art award "Tolerance".
