The Tassie Lake is a lake on the Ingrid Christensen Coast of the East Antarctic Princess Elisabeth country . In the Vestfold Mountains , along with Trident Lake, it is the westernmost of two lakes northwest of Club Lake and is on the route between Davis Station and the Platcha weather station .
The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia named him. Its shape is reminiscent of the outline of Tasmania .
