Taubensteinbahn

The Taubensteinbahn is a 1971 from Cologne Pohlig AG built small cable car in Spitzingsee in Bavaria . It is a monocable gondola with four gondolas.

It leads to just below the summit of Taubenstein (1692 m) and has only been operated in summer since 2015. The track has 19 supports. The drive takes place in the mountain station . It has a length of 2,485 meters and overcomes a height difference of 520 meters with 19 supports .

The operator is the Alpenbahnen Spitzingsee GmbH.
