Pigeon tower (hillion)
The pigeon tower (French colombier or pigeonnier ) in Hillion , a French commune in the Côtes-d'Armor department in the Brittany region , was built in the 16th century. The pigeon tower on the Place de l'Église belonged to the lord of Clos-Guéguen until the Revolution .
The round pigeon tower made of quarry stone masonry has a door framed by a house . On the roof is a hood covered with slate , which has openings for the pigeons.
