The pigeon tower (also known as Tour de Cossieux ) in Jujurieux , a French commune in the Ain department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region , was built in the 17th century and modified at the end of the 18th century. The pigeon tower has been on the list of architectural monuments in France as Monument historique since 1984 .

The round pigeon tower made of quarry stone is crowned by a roof pommel with a weather vane .
