PGE Stal Mielec is a Polish handball club from Mielec . It was founded in June 1997 as an independent club, before handball was played at the main club "Stal Mielec". The first men's team plays in the highest Polish division, the PGNiG Superliga Mężczyzn . The home games are played in the MOSiR hall in Mielec. The successes include the runner-up championship title in 1975 and the cup win in 1971.
