Rafał Gliński (born December 29, 1982 in Wrocław ) is a Polish handball player who is under contract with the Polish first division club Górnik Zabrze .

Rafał Gliński began his career at the Polish club Śląsk Wrocław . The left wing played there from 2001 to 2006. At the end of the 2005/2006 season, the German second division TV Willstätt Ortenau signed him and he received a contract until 2010. In February 2009, however, Gliński left the indebted second division team prematurely and played from then on at KS Vive Kielce . For the 2012/2013 season he moved to league competitor Tauron Stal Mielec . In summer 2015 he joined NMC Górnik Zabrze .

Gliński was with the junior European champions 2002 and with the Polish national team third at the 2009 World Cup in Croatia. He was in the extended squad for the 2010 and 2014 European Championships . By December 2015, he had scored 44 goals in 42 international matches.
