Damian Kostrzewa (born September 19, 1988 in Gdansk , Poland ) is a Polish handball player .

The 1.88-meter-tall and 90-kilogram outside player initially played for AZS AWFiS Gdańsk and moved to the Polish first division club KS Vive Kielce in 2010 . After Kostrzewa threw 18 goals in 5 games of the season, he was loaned to MMTS Kwidzyn for a year and a half in February 2011. From 2012 he was under contract with Tauron Stal Mielec . Kostrzewa was in the season 2012/13 with 208 goals top scorer of the PGNiG Superliga Mężczyzn . For the 2016/17 season he moved to the Polish first division club Wybrzeże Gdańsk .

Damian Kostrzewa made his debut for the Polish national team on October 29, 2008 , scoring 6 goals against Montenegro in the first qualifying match for the 2010 European Championship .
