The Tecnocasa Holding SpA is an international Italian real estate agent . In Rozzano in the Metropolitan Municipality of Milan -based group give the brand Tecnocasa and Tecnorete purchases, sales and rentals of real estate of any kind, under the brands Kiron and Epica's real estate financing , as well as under the brand Elesian insurance solutions . In total, the Tecnocasa Group operates over 4,000 branches managed by franchising partners , of which around 3,600 are in Italy and 360 in Spain. In 2007 the Tecnocasa Group generated sales of 174 million euros.
The company was founded by Oreste Pasquali in the late 1970s. He set up a network of branches in Milan and the surrounding area to broker real estate. In 1986 he changed the business concept and outsourced the management of the branch to local franchising partners, who have since operated under the standard brands operated by Tecnocasa. As a franchiser and brand owner, Tecnocasa is responsible for the overall coordination and all central services.
In 2006, the Tecnocasa Group brokered around 78,000 properties in Italy with an estimated total value of 7.9 billion euros and mortgage loans worth 2.5 billion euros.
