Teenage Bad Girl

Teenage Bad Girl is a French DJ duo made up of Guillaume Manbell and Greg Kazubski.

history

In 2005 Guillaume Manbell decided to publish the music he had written and composed in previous years on his newly founded label "Archibell Records". This resulted in the first single release It's Been Too Long with four tracks. A little later he met Greg Kazubski over the Internet, with whom he could exchange ideas. A little later they also exchanged music and that was the beginning of the joint creation. In the same year Kazubski remixed a track by Manbell, which was also titled It's Been Too Long . There was also a second remix by Psychedelic on the single . After some time without new releases, they gave themselves the name Teenage Bad Girl , inspired by a movie . Their first project together was a remix of the famous "I Don't Feel Like Dancing" by the Scissor Sisters , which was a great success for the duo. The first two own creations "Hands of a Stranger" and "Ghost House", which were released on Archibell Records, were also very successful.

Impressed by their success, the label "Citizen Records" contacted them and asked them to release their first album. Only a few weeks later, "Cocotte" was completed with a total of 14 tracks and a single of the same name. The best-known works of the duo include the remixes by Goose , Boys Noize , Chromeo and Felix Da Housecat .
