Teledifusão de Macau S.A. (TDM for short) is a Macau-based media company that operates radio and television broadcasters .

The company was founded on January 1, 1982 under the name Companhia de Televisão e Radiodifusão de Macau as a public limited company. In May 1988 there was a reorganization towards a public-private partnership and a name change to the current company name. Since then, the Macau government has been the majority shareholder.

The Portuguese-speaking and Cantonese- speaking radio stations run 24 hours a day. TDM operates the first free wireless television company in Macau and is still the only terrestrial television company today. TDM operates the two analog free TV channels TDM Ou Mun (Cantonese- speaking) and Canal Macau (Portuguese-speaking). There are also digital channels with the sports channel TDM Desporto , the news channel TDM Informação and the HDTV channel TDM HD . The satellite channel TDM Macau Satéllite is also operated as an international channel. The company's headquarters are located on Rua de Francisco Xavier Pereira .

TDM acquired the media rights for the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League for Macau from 2012 to 2015 for its sports channel .
