Terry Flaxton

Terry Flaxton (* 1953 ) is a British video artist and filmmaker.

Flaxton graduated with a bachelor's degree in 1979 . He is a video artist, makes installations , movies and television films. Well-known works are Opening Up , Talking Heads , Prisoners (1984), The World Within Us (1988) and The Color Myths (1990–1995).

Flaxton is a professor at the University of the West of England , Bristol . His work has been awarded numerous prizes. In 2014 he is a member of the Royal West of England Academy.
