Tetsuya Okabe ( Japanese 岡 部 哲 也 , Okabe Tetsuya ; born May 15, 1965 in Otaru , Hokkaidō ) was one of the best Japanese slalom skiers. From 1985 to 1994 he took part in eight Alpine Ski World Cups.

His best placements were

• 2nd place in the Alpine Ski World Cup 1988 on March 22nd in Oppdal
• 3rd place in the Alpine Ski World Cup 1990 on January 12th in Schladming
