Tettenhausen is a district of the municipality of Waging am See in the Upper Bavarian district of Traunstein .

In public relations, the village calls itself Zweiseendorf in the Rupertiwinkel because it is located directly at the junction between the Waginger See and the Tachinger See . Tettenhausen achieved national fame as a film set for the early evening series Dahoam is dahoam , where it always appears in the opening credits. Tettenhausen is the only district of Waging am See that is directly on the lake. There are two campsites and a large lido in Tettenhausen.
