The Teufelsmauer is a rock massif consisting of red and gray gneiss in the valley of the Schwarzen Pockau between Pobershau and the border with the Czech Republic . The reason is also called Schwarzwassertal. It is very scenic. The Graben , which once supplied the mines near Pobershau with impact water , runs along the western slope of the valley .
The devil's wall is today u. a. also known to rock climbers.
