TeutoRADIO Osnabrück

teutoRADIO is a radio from the Osnabrück and Ostwestfalen-Lippe region. It has been approved as a broadcaster by the State Office for Communication Baden-Württemberg (LfK) since 2001 .

teutoRADIO started in 2001 as one of the first internet radio stations in Germany, in addition to the distribution in the cable networks of Osnabrück (Lower Saxony) and in the Herford and Minden-Lübbecke (NRW) districts.

teutoRADIO has been on the air as a nationwide radio since 2001 and started at the same time with studios in Osnabrück (Ufa-Filmpassage) and Bad Oeynhausen (Werrepark). teutoRADIO founder Andreas Kannenberg also operated the radio station "teutoRADIO plus" (Werrepark-Radio) on the VHF frequency 88.5 in Bad Oeynhausen. In 2009 the license was extended for a further eight years.

The program format is Hot-AC format , the target group is between 14 and 49 years of age.

teutoRADIO Osnabrück should not be confused with Radio Osnabrück .
