Théodore Le Du

Théodore Jean Marie Le Du (born March 16, 1893 in Rennes , † March 2, 1966 in Nanterre ) was a French racing car driver .

Racing career

Théodore Le Du competed in the Le Mans 24 Hours twice in his career . In 1925 he started as a works driver for Talbot-Darracq with partner Alphonse Auclair in the Talbot-Darracq Type C. The duo was disqualified for refueling too early. The following year he drove an American Willys-Knight 66 Great Six. This time his teammate was Paul Gros . A defective fuel line ended the race after only eight laps.
