Thaba-Tseka is the capital of the district of the same name in the Central Range (German: Middle Mountain Range ) of Lesotho . The place is a scattered settlement . In 2016 Thaba-Tseka had 15,248 inhabitants.
Infrastructure
In addition to various government buildings, Thaba-Tseka has shops, a bank and a post office, various aid organizations and a hospital. Since the construction of large dams at Katse and Mohale , the accessibility of traffic to the location at an altitude of 2200 meters has improved significantly.
