Thabo Nthethe (born October 3, 1984 in Bloemfontein ) is a South African football player.
Career
Nthethe is used in defense and defensive midfield. Between 2006 and 2014 he played Celtic for Bloemfontein before moving to Pretoria for the Mamelodi Sundowns . With this club he won the CAF Champions League 2016 . For the 2018/19 season, he moved to league rivals Chippa United .
Nthethe is a multiple South African national soccer player. He made his debut on October 13, 2009 in the friendly against Iceland , when he came on for Siboniso Gaxa in the 72nd minute . His only international goal to date was Nthethe's 3-0 win over Swaziland . His last international match to date was against Australia on May 26, 2014 . Since then it has not been taken into account.
