Thatcham is a small town between Reading and Newbury in Berkshire , southern England . The River Kennet flows through Thatcham. In 2011 there were 25,267 inhabitants in Parish. The Mayor of Thatcham is Ellen Crumly (as of May 2017). Thatcham's twin town is Nideggen in the Eifel .
