Thaurorod ( sindarin 'Bad Berg' or more precisely 'Der Berg des Schreckens') is a symphonic metal band from Hyvinkää , Finland, which was formed in 2002. Their songs are often about emotions, war, and Greek mythology (as in Scion of Stars and Guide for the Blind ). In 2010 Thaurorod toured the world with Sabaton and Alestorm , and in 2011 with Symphony X , Nevermore and Psychotic Waltz .
