The Deep Eynde is an American death rock and horror punk band that was formed in Los Angeles in 1990 .
history
The group became well known in California's underground scene due to their intense live performances. In Europe, however, the band's ascent only began in 2005, where they quickly became popular due to a high festival frequency. Over the years, the band members around the singer Fate Fatal changed very often and the band structure has only existed in its current form since 2007.
In the early years the sound of The Deep Eynde was still very much inspired by Gothic Rock of the 1980s, but over time it became more rockabilly-heavy and heavier. In 2004, the third album Shadowland was released for the first time in the USA under the Disaster / Bomp Records label. In 2005 the band signed a contract with the German label People Like You Records , on which the album was re-released in Europe. The Deep Eynde album was released in 2007 with the title Bad Blood , followed by the album Blackout: The Dark Years and on May 25, 2010 the current disc Spell * Bound . The band has been inactive since 2014 and Fate Fatal's main musical focus has been on his new electronic project A Million Machines since 2013 .
