After a dragon attack, Darius and his young brother Kendrick flee their village. Kendrick accuses Darius of abandoning the villagers. In order not to be attacked by orcs, the two make their fire the orc way and are attacked by orc hunters. Darius and Kendrick fight back and explain that they are allies. Together the group travels to a village. There are many losses along the way.
