History of origin

After the officially last Death album The Sound of Perseverance , Chuck Schuldiner - bored of the vocal style in Death Metal - turned to his new band Control Denied and released The Fragile Art Of Existence, the band's first and only album. With Shannon Hamm on guitar and Richards Christy on drums, Chuck Schuldiner found support from the last lineup of Death . After the demo A Moment Of Clarity , which was sung by Schuldiner himself , he found a singer in Tim Aymar who sang the album and became an integral part of the band.
