history

The EP Caudle Cameo was released in 2006. The album Squeeze Me Ahead of Line followed in 2008 .

Style and reception

The band itself describes their style as a potpourri of mathcore , free jazz and contemporary funk . Sometimes it is compared with King Crimson and Sieges Even , the singing of Mathias Jähnig with that of The Mars Volta . The Season Standard also combines personal issues with King Crimson; Producer Markus Reuter already worked with Pat Mastelotto , and Trey Gunn can be heard on guitar on Squeeze Me Ahead of Line .
