The Storyteller (band)
The Storyteller is a power metal band from the central Swedish town of Gävle, founded in 1995 .
history
In 2000, after a few demo tapes, the first studio album The Storyteller was released. In the meantime, the band was on the way as the opening act for Helloween , Gamma Ray , Blind Guardian , Hammerfall , Sonata Arctica , Stratovarius and Bruce Kulick ( Kiss ) and at various festivals, e.g. B. Sweden Rock Festival (2003 and 2006).
After their album Underworld and a few farewell concerts, the musicians let the band rest in 2006 to devote themselves to their own projects. They have been active again since 2011 and released their album Dark Legacy in spring 2013 .
