The Voice Kids UK is a British television talent show based on the The Voice concept of John de Mol based and similar to The Voice Kids is designed in Germany in search of young talented singers. It first aired on June 10, 2017. The show will be moderated by Emma Willis and will.i.am , Pixie Lott , Danny Jones and, from the coming third season, Jessie J are also engagedas coaches.

At the beginning of 2016, at the same time as The Voice UK s move to ITV, it was announced that the station had also ordered two seasons of The Voice Kids version in addition to the adult show . After good ratings, the show was extended for a third season for 2019. The open application for the first season ended on September 2, 2016. To apply, you had to be between 7 and 14 years old. Initial auditions with producers were held across the UK from August 2016 and the actual blind auditions were filmed from December 2016.

There are a total of four phases within the show:
- Phase 1: Blind Auditions
- Phase 2: Battles
- Phase 3: semi-finals
- Phase 4: Live Finals
In the first season, the winner received £ 30,000 and a family trip to Disneyland Paris . In contrast to the adult version, The Voice Kids does not have a knockout round, and there is only one live show, the finale, while The Voice UK has three live shows.

Coaches
On November 15, 2016 it was announced that in addition to will.i.am , Pixie Lott and Danny Jones from McFly would also act as coaches in the first season. In December 2018 it was confirmed that in addition to the three previous coaches, Jessie J will also be required as a coach in the third season. For the fourth season, Jessie is replaced by Paloma Faith .
