Theodoros Mankaphas
Theodoros Mankaphas or Mangaphas ( Middle Greek Θεόδωρος Μαγκαφᾶς ) was a Byzantine aristocrat from Philadelphia in Lydia who proclaimed himself emperor twice, first in 1188 during the reign of Isaac II and again in 1204 after the fall of Constantinople in the Fourth Crusade . His rule only lasted a few months.
