Therese Marie Bodenburg , married Therese Marie Brockmann ( 1738 in Ödenburg - September 20, 1793 in Vienna ) was an Austrian theater actress .

Life

Bodenburg, the daughter of a principal , was active on the stage from a young age. In 1765 she married Johann Franz Brockmann . She came to Vienna with him in 1766, where she played the girls' roles with applause in the extemporaneous pieces and singspiele that were still customary at the time. However, she only lasted these buffoons for two years, she left Vienna, went to Frankfurt, Main, Cologne and Düsseldorf, but was called back to Vienna in 1770.
