The beat comes from the producer Rocko from Mannheim, who also composed large parts of the song. According to Bujupi, it was a co-production.

The single was released on November 11, 2011, the same day as the single of his former competitor Pietro Lombardi from Germany is looking for the superstar . Its single Goin 'to LA reached a higher entry at number 22 in the German single charts. On November 30, 2011 he performed the song at The Dome in Duisburg .

In addition to the original version, the single also contains a club mix, an instrumental version and the video edit.
