Thomas Bartscher

Thomas Bartscher (born March 4, 1962 in Walldürn ) is a German economist and university professor .

Career

From 1982 Bartscher studied business administration and economics at the University of Mannheim , the University of St. Gallen and the University of Lüneburg . When Albert Martin doctorate he 1994 Dr. rer. pole. Since 1998 he has been professor for personnel management , innovation and transformation management at the Deggendorf University of Technology . His main research interests are in the areas of strategic human resource management, innovation and transformation management, digital working world and competence-based transformation processes , digital leadership . He is the scientific director of the I: AD Institute for Work & Digitization.
