Thomas Calvert McClary

Thomas Calvert McClary (born February 13, 1909 in Illinois ; died 1972 ) was an American writer. He wrote speeches, worked as a ghostwriter and wrote numerous westerns and also wrote science fiction .

The pessimistic novel Rebirth (1934, first published as a serial in Astounding , German Die neue Menschheit ), written under the impression of the global economic crisis, is considered a classic of science fiction.
