Thomas Jakob Renner
Thomas Jakob Renner (born April 26, 1970 in Munich ) is a German actor and entrepreneur in the real estate and marketing sectors .
Life
Renner grew up in and around Munich. He trained as an actor at the age of 35. The decisive motivation gave him the collaboration with Michael Ballhaus . In 2010, he played the role of a pedophile, manipulative physical education teacher in director Dennis Iwan's film The Responsibility of False Promises .
Renner operates several telecommunications shops in the south-eastern Bavarian region. In addition, he and his group of companies, TAROS Holding, founded in 2010, develop and build concepts for residential and commercial areas. Renner has specialized in assisted living concepts and senior-friendly living such as digitization in residential and commercial buildings.
His non-profit project SUBSIDIUM eV (help for former offenders and addicts) arose out of his own concern; he had been imprisoned for two and a half years from 2005 for fraud and repeated drunk driving. He lectured in prisons and in front of juvenile delinquents. In addition, Thomas Jakob Renner supports the Arche Herzensbrücken in Seefeld Tirol. Families with sick children find vacation here and care for their children during this time.
Renner is married and has two daughters.
Entrepreneur
Renner founded his first company in 1988. In 2008 and 2009, Thomas Jakob Renner began acquiring small real estate units. Some properties in need of renovation. He renovated this down-to-earth and rented it out on a long-term basis. As a result, Renner and a partner acquired an apartment building in Munich that was in need of renovation. He extensively renovated it and established his first assisted living concept. To this day, young people who come from difficult circumstances find a home in this property with 24-hour care. The operator is the child protection association . Since then, Thomas Jakob Renner and his group of companies have specialized in the acquisition and construction of buildings for contemporary and future-oriented living concepts for the target groups of senior citizens, young people and students. Objects for innovative commercial concepts are also on his agenda.
