Thomas Knöpfel (born November 9, 1983 ) is a Swiss football player .

Career

Thomas Knöpfel began his football career at FC Gossau , where he worked from 2006 to 2009 and received many assignments. After the 2006/07 season he rose with Gossau to the Challenge League and managed to maintain the league with the team. In January 2009 it was bought by FC St. Gallen . There he did not find the connection in the Super League as desired and was used in only three games. During the winter break of the 2010/11 season, Thomas Knöpfel moved to FC Schaffhausen in the Challenge League. In July 2011 he moved to SC Brühl St. Gallen within the Challenge League.
