Thomas Macyszyn

Thomas Macyszyn (born September 6, 1979 in Hindenburg ) is a German chef .

Career

Thomas Macyszyn began his training in 2003 in the “La Provence” restaurant in Baden-Baden . From November 2004 he worked in the Michelin-starred restaurant “Le Jardin de France”, where he was promoted to Chef de Cuisine in 2006 after his journeyman's examination . From 2008 he worked for the restaurant “Navette” in the Columbia Hotel in Rüsselsheim . There, his culinary achievements were awarded a Michelin star in 2011 by the Michelin Guide . The restaurant was able to keep the star until it closed in 2015. Thomas Macyszyn then worked for a short time at the Columbia Hotel Casino Travemünde as kitchen director.

In September 2016 he set up his own restaurant, the Boathouse Hamburg . In September 2017 he closed the Boathouse Hamburg again.
