Thorstein Aaby
Thorstein Aaby (born April 3, 1971 in Porsgrunn ; † July 24, 2007 ) was a Norwegian guitarist .
In August 2000 he was one of the co-founders of the progressive metal band Pagan's Mind . Aaby played on the two albums Infinity Divine (2000) and Celestial Entrance (2002). In 2003 he left the band and went to the Smalltown Rockets. He can also be heard on the Kiss tribute album God's of Thunder with the song C'mon and Love Me . In the last years of his life he was guitarist and singer in the Mötley-Crüe cover band Wildside. Thorstein Aaby died on July 24, 2007 at the age of 36 from a long illness. Aaby also played guitar for Nitro, Deadline, Sunset Strip, and Silverspoon.
