The Three IFC Office Tower is the tallest of the four skyscrapers of the International Financial Center Seoul ( 서울 국제 금융 센터 Seoul Gukje Geumyung Senteo ). Located on Yeouido Island on the Han River in the Yeongdeungpo-gu District, it is one of the taller skyscrapers in Seoul at 279 meters and 55 floors . Completion took from 2007 to 2012. On August 31, 2012, the high-rise was opened. It has a glass curtain wall .
