Tian Tao ( Chinese  田 涛 , Pinyin Tián Tāo ; born April 8, 1994 in Hubei ) is a Chinese weightlifter .

Tian Tao won gold at the Asian Games in the class up to 85 kg in 2014 and gold in the Asian Championships in the class up to 96 kg in 2019. At world championships he won silver in 2018 and gold in 2019 in the class up to 96 kg. In 2016 he won silver in the class up to 85 kg at the Olympic Games .
