The Tianjin Kerry Center ( Chinese  天津 嘉里中心 , Pinyin Tiānjīn Jiālǐ Zhōngxīn ) is a skyscraper that is being built in the Hedong District of the Chinese city of Tianjin . After its completion in 2016, with a height of 332 meters, it will be the second tallest building in the city after the 337-meter-high Tianjin World Financial Center and the Goldin Finance 117, which is currently under construction . The Tianjin Kerry Center will have 72 floors, which will be used by offices. The tower will end with a flat roof, while the facade will be made of whitish shimmering glass. The American firm Skidmore, Owings and Merrill designed the building.
