The Tianlongshan Grottoes ( Chinese  天 龙山 石窟 , Pinyin Tiānlóngshān Shíkū , English Tianlongshan Grottoes ) in the southwest of the city of Taiyuan太原, Shanxi Province, China, are Buddhist cave temples scattered over two mountains . There are 8 grottos on the east and 13th on the west. They were dug from the 5th to 8th centuries, from the time of the Northern Qi Dynasty to the Tang Dynasty , and contain sculptures and reliefs of high artistic value .

The Tianlongshan Grottoes have been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China in Shanxi (5-445) since 2001 .
